Simon Landles has over 27 years of experience in the property business, is a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

History of the firm - "A family progression"

The present firm dates back to 1856 with Sidney Miles practising as an auctioneer and property agent in and around the Kings Lynn area, acting for property owners and local estates. His son became associated later and then in 1945 Edmund William Landles joined and became a partner with the business trading as "Miles Son and Landles". The firm was continued by his wife, Mary, introducing a new partner until her son William Landles joined from leaving school, soon to become a very young newly qualified Chartered Surveyor. He then went on his own, practising as "Landles" in the same premises at Blackfriars Chambers (formerly a British School) for nearly 40 years. His sons Simon and Tim both joined in the late 1980's and continue to offer a range of property services to home owners, businesses and estates, upholding the family traditions associated with the firm.
